Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Power’s Peps (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects when you use this site, how we use it, and the choices you have. We don’t require an account to order, and we collect only what’s needed to process and ship your order and keep you informed about it.

When you place an order, we collect:

• Contact details you provide: name, email address, and optionally a phone number or Discord handle.
• Shipping address.
• Order details: items purchased, quantities, prices, and any notes you add.
• Your chosen payment method (Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, and Bitcoin) and, once you pay, whatever confirmation you send us (e.g. a payment note or a message with your order number) so we can match your payment.

We do not collect or store payment card numbers, bank account numbers, wallet private keys, or your login credentials for any payment app — payments are handled directly between you and your bank, wallet, or payment app, outside this site.

Browsing the site sets a small number of first-party cookies: one to remember that you confirmed you meet the age/research-use requirements, one to remember your cart, and (staff only) one to keep an admin logged in. None of these are used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

• To process, fulfill, and ship your order.
• To email you order updates (received, payment confirmed, shipped, or cancelled).
• To respond if you contact us with a question about an order.
• To enforce order-related limits, such as a promo code that’s restricted to first-time customers.
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.

We use a small number of service providers to run the site and fulfill orders, and we share only what each one needs to do that job:

• A hosting provider, to serve the site.
• A database provider, to store order and catalog data.
• An email provider, to send you order-status emails.

We don’t share your information with anyone else, except when required to comply with the law, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others.

We keep order records for as long as needed for our own accounting and legal purposes, and to answer questions about past orders. If you’d like your information deleted sooner, contact us and we’ll do so unless we’re required to keep it (for example, for tax records).

You can ask us at any time what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing the address below. Because there are no customer accounts, we’ll verify your request against the email address and order details on file.

This site is restricted to laboratory research use and requires everyone to confirm they are at least 18 years old before browsing. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
