By accessing or using this site, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after a change means you accept the update.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site. Before browsing, and again at checkout, you must confirm both of the following, which are true conditions of using this site and purchasing from it, not just a formality:

• That you understand the products sold here are for laboratory research use only, and are not intended for human or veterinary consumption.

All products sold by Power’s Peps are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes only. They are not for human or veterinary consumption, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. By purchasing, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you will use these materials solely for lawful in-vitro research.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of any product purchased here complies with all applicable laws and regulations. We make no claims about, and are not responsible for, any use of a product outside of lawful laboratory research.

There are no customer accounts — orders are placed as a guest with the contact and shipping information you provide at checkout. Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we accept once we confirm payment.

We currently accept payment by Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, and Bitcoin only. The account to pay is shown when you choose a payment method at checkout; your order is fulfilled once payment is confirmed. We are not responsible for payments sent to the wrong recipient or address, or for delays caused by your bank, wallet, or network fees.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change at any time before you place an order.

Flat $10.00 shipping via UPS, 3-day delivery. U.S. shipping only. We do not ship outside the United States.

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

All sales are final. No refunds are accepted.

If there is a genuine problem with your order — for example, it was damaged in transit or we shipped the wrong item — contact us and we will work with you to make it right.

Promo codes are subject to the conditions shown when applied (such as expiration dates, minimum order amounts, usage limits, or first-order-only eligibility) and may be changed, restricted, or discontinued at any time without notice.

You agree not to:

• Use any product purchased here for human or veterinary consumption, or represent it as suitable for that use.
• Misrepresent your age or the intended use of a product to place an order.
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or attempt to interfere with its operation or security.

Products are sold “as is” for research use only, without any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or otherwise, except as required by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Power’s Peps is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or any product purchased here. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
